The Purpose

The Glenshaw Century Club has proudly provided financial support to Shaler Area high school seniors seeking higher education through the Grant Fund for over 60 years. The Grant was designed to provide gratuitously for the advancement of education and improvement of community members to support a better tomorrow. Over $650,000 has been awarded to date.

The Process

After the applications and the interview process are completed, the Scholarship Committee decides. Recipients and their families are invited to attend the Scholarship Presentation meeting. Recipients are presented to the Glenshaw Century Club members. Scholarship amounts vary according to merit and need. Scholarship grants are paid directly to the schools.
